Your puppy has been given his/her first set of puppy shots before
leaving here. Your veterinarian will advise to you when the next shots
are due. Your puppy has also been wormed at least once. Have your
veterinarian examine your puppy and he will advise as to the necessity
of having your puppy wormed again. A veterinary finding of intestinal or
external parasites shall NOT be grounds for declaring this puppy unfit
for purchase.
YAPPITY YAPP KENNELS GUARANTEES TO YOU:
After purchasing your puppy, you have (48) hours to take the puppy to a
veterinarian of your choice for a complete examination. Your pet is
guaranteed to be healthy, that is to say, there are no LIFE THREATING
HEALTH PROBLEMS. HOWEVER, FOR THIS WARRANTY TO BE EFFECTIVE,
YOU MUST (1) TAKE YOUR NEW PUPPY TO A VETERINARIAN WITHIN TWO
DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE AND (2) NOTIFY ME IMMEDIATELY
OF ANY LIFE THREATING HEALTH CONDITIONS. If this puppy is not
checked within (48) hours from purchase date, this contract is NULL and
VOID. Ear infections, umbilical hernia, ear mites, worms, and coccida
are not serious health problems if treated and are not covered by this
warranty. Hypoglycernia is a serious health problem but is excluded
from this warranty as this is generally caused by too much activity
and/or too little food and is within your control. If any disorder occurs
during the first (48) hours after purchase, call Greg or Lisa McDonald
from which you purchased the puppy, and you will be advised as to
either bring your puppy back, with a written reason from your
veterinarian and the time of your visit, or we will ask you to take the
puppy to a specific veterinarian. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL
YAPPITY YAPP KENNELS, GREG OR LISA MCDONALD BE RESPONSIBLE
FOR ANY EXPENSE INCURRED BY YOU. Any illness occurring after this
(48) hour period will be your responsibility. It is understood that after
this (48) hour period, THIS SALE IS FINAL. There will be NO CASH
REFUND! Yappity Yapp Kennels offers replacements only. Replacement
puppies will be mutually agreed upon by both parties. It is understood
that the replacement puppy may not be from the same exact parents of
the original puppy. There will be a (6) month replacement period from
the original date of puppy purchase. Yappity Yapp Kennels assumes no
responsibility for this puppy after leaving the premises; medical
expenses, landlord’s disapproval, allergy to animals, disagreement of
family, or for any other reason, other than stated. We do not guarantee
personality, appearance, size, weight, coat, color, coat length, or coat
texture of your pet. It is understood and agreed that no warranty or
representation has been made with respect to sold dog expect as set
forth in writing in this agreement. Buyer agrees not to sue seller and to
pay any and all court/attorney’s fees incurred by the Seller should any
suit be brought against the Seller in regard to this puppy/dog by any
